Entrepreneur Background

Anant Sharma, Shwetank Shrey, Ayush Kushwaha, and Aman Parnami are Season 1's most academically incubated sports tech founding team — four founders from IIIT Delhi's Innovation & Incubation Centre (IIITD), India's most prominent information technology research institution, who combined computer science, mechanical engineering, and sports science understanding to build India's first cloud-integrated motion capture suit for athlete performance analytics. Anant Sharma (Co-founder & CEO) is the strategic and commercial lead — the founding voice who carried the Shark Tank pitch and managed investor and partnership relationships. His IIT-affiliated research and commercial acumen drove Tweek Labs into institutional sports partnerships. Shwetank Shrey, Ayush Kushwaha, and Aman Parnami complete the four-founder team, covering technology architecture, hardware engineering, and business development respectively.

The Product / Service

Tweek Labs builds cloud-integrated motion capture suits for athlete performance analytics — a 12-sensor IoT wearable garment that captures an athlete's complete 3D motion in real time, transmits data to a cloud platform, processes it through AI/ML algorithms to generate biomechanical performance metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and displays actionable coaching insights through a mobile app — enabling coaches and athletes to understand and improve bowling technique, batting posture, golf swing mechanics, and tennis serve form at sports academies and clubs across India.

Pitch Presentation

Tweek Labs' pitch was the fourth of Episode 33 — arriving after Jain Shikanji, Colour Me Mad, and Mavi's with the most technologically sophisticated product of the episode: a 12-sensor motion capture suit demonstrated live, showing a cricket bowler's complete 3D motion analysis on a smartphone app in real time. The live demonstration — a team member wearing the suit, performing a bowling action, with the resulting 3D avatar and KPIs appearing on the Sharks' screens in real time — was Season 1's most convincingly technical product demonstration in the sports category. The founding vision: They'll go after they've achieved the status of "perfect bowler." Every aspiring athlete has an equal opportunity to grow through scientific sports training that was previously available only to elite players.

Sharks' Reactions & Criticism

Namita Thapar exited on market potential grounds — the sports coaching technology market was too niche relative to her pharmaceutical and healthcare investment focus. Aman Gupta exited with the most sports-insight critique: Aman opted out because they'll only go after they've achieved the status of "perfect bowler." Ashneer Grover, Peyush Bansal, and Anupam Mittal saw the futuristic promise and institutional partnership traction and collectively offered.

Negotiation & Offers

For an ownership stake in the firm, Ashneer and Peyush offered ₹40 lakhs for 7% of the company's stock, which Anupam accepted. They then changed their minds and got together to propose the transaction for ₹40 lakhs for 12% of the company's ownership. An offer of ₹60 lakhs for 6% stock was made by the owners. They made a counter-offer of ₹60 lakhs for 8% of the stock. Finally, for a value of ₹6 crores, the sale was struck at ₹60 lakhs for 10% equity.
