Pitch Presentation
Thea and Sid's pitch was the first of Episode 32 (Finale Week Day 2) — opening with Season 1's most romantically theatrical pitch entrance: a Bollywood-themed presentation that culminated in a real couple proposing on stage, using a Thea and Sid ring, in front of the five Sharks and a national television audience. During their Shark Tank pitch, the founders presented their product with a romantic Bollywood-themed presentation, which impressed the Sharks. BizzBucket The on-stage proposal — a real couple, a real proposal moment, captured on national television — was one of Season 1's most emotionally powerful pitch demonstrations. It made the product's entire value proposition visible in real time: a beautiful ring, an unforgettable moment, at an accessible price. The television audience watching a real proposal happen on Shark Tank India would have been the most organic product advertisement imaginable.
Sharks' Reactions & Criticism
Anupam Mittal exited first but with the most strategically useful advice. Anupam was the first Shark to go out but he suggested the entrepreneurs to focus on jewellery as a segment. Ashneer Grover delivered the most analytically structured critique. Ashneer felt like this was a half-baked attempt at this business therefore he went out. Namita Thapar exited on value proposition clarity grounds. Namita felt like the founders needed to focus on their value proposition therefore she went out. BizzBucket Peyush Bansal and Aman Gupta exited on fit and conviction grounds respectively.
Negotiation & Offers
No Shark made an offer. All five exited without entering negotiation.
