Entrepreneur Background

Yuvraj Tomar is Season 2's most technically pedigreed enterprise SaaS founder — a Punjab Engineering College graduate who spent time as a software developer at Cisco (one of the world's most sophisticated enterprise networking and software companies) before applying his technical expertise to build Cloudworx's no-code 3D and digital twin platform. The Cisco background gave Yuvraj direct exposure to enterprise-grade software architecture, security requirements, and the specific technical standards that large organisations require before adopting new platforms.Cloudworx, a Bengaluru-based startup, has clinched the ABB Startup Challenge India 2025 with its AI-powered 3D visualization tool that transforms static industrial processes into dynamic, real-time replicas, harnessing IoT sensors to gather operational data for smarter motor selection and commissioning while forging digital twins that enable relentless monitoring and optimization.

Pitch Presentation

Yuvraj walked into Season 2 Episode 28 with Season 2's most technically ambitious product demonstration converting one of Namita's actual Emcure factories into a real-time 3D digital twin live on the Shark Tank stage. In a Demo for Sharks, Cloudworx converts all the machines and objects into 3D models of one of Namita's factories and gives a heat map of the entire factory. It also allows the person to turn on/off the machines remotely. The Namita factory digital twin demonstration was Season 2 Episode 28's most personally impactful product demo for any individual Shark. When you show a pharmaceutical executive director a real-time 3D replica of her own manufacturing plant with heat maps showing equipment status, remote on/off control, and operational monitoring you have converted an abstract technology concept into an immediately personal and commercially compelling use case.

Sharks' Reactions & Criticism

Aman Gupta exited on competitive moat concerns questioning whether Cloudworx's technical differentiation from established 3D software platforms (Unity, Unreal Engine, Microsoft Azure Digital Twins) was defensible enough to justify enterprise adoption at scale. Vineeta Singh exited the B2B enterprise metaverse and industrial digital twin category sits outside SUGAR Cosmetics' consumer brand expertise. Amit Jain exited on domain expertise grounds automotive marketplace experience provides no specific strategic value for enterprise 3D and digital twin software. Namita Thapar was the most personally convinced Shark the live demonstration of her own Emcure factory as a Cloudworx digital twin made the product's commercial value immediately tangible and personally relevant. Anupam Mittal was the most technically engaged Shark his Shaadi.com technology background gave him the framework to evaluate a SaaS platform's technical architecture, patent protection, and convertible note structure.

Negotiation & Offers

Anupam Mittal initially offered 5% equity but accepted the founder's counteroffer of 3.2% to match the convertible note terms and avoid triggering anti-dilution clauses with previous investors.

Final Verdict

Yuvraj Tomar accepted Namita Thapar and Anupam Mittal's joint offer of ₹40 lakhs for 3.2% equity valuing Cloudworx at approximately ₹12.5 crore. The deal was structured to align with the ongoing convertible note round's anti-dilution provisions. The deal was confirmed and formally closed after the episode aired.

The company closed the FY22-23 at ₹1.5 crores and their projected revenue for FY23-24 are at ₹12.5 crores. Girgitstore Cloudworx, a Bengaluru-based startup, has clinched the ABB Startup Challenge India 2025 with its AI-powered 3D visualization tool that transforms static industrial processes into dynamic, real-time replicas. Judges from ABB, Microsoft, and SynerLeap praised the pitch, and Cloudworx secured a $30,000 prize plus expert mentoring to refine its solution for global rollout. IMDb The ABB Startup Challenge India 2025 win judged by ABB, Microsoft, and SynerLeap is Season 2's most commercially prestigious post-show global technology competition victory. ABB is one of the world's largest industrial automation and robotics companies; winning a challenge judged by ABB engineers communicates that Cloudworx's industrial digital twin technology meets the exacting standards of the world's most sophisticated industrial technology companies.
